Shipping & Payment
We can ship to virtually any address in the world with tracking number provided. You need to confirm your shipping address with us again if it different from what is stated in your paypal. Please provide us with your contact telephone number as it important for postage company to contact you upon any failed delivery. All items will be ship by Speedpost Singapore under Air parcel, otherwise EMS can be requested at different rate. Any unconfirmed shipping address which result in return of parcel will be liable for return shipping charges as well as new shipping charges to be re-send again.
Air parcel takes approximate 7-14 working days to arrive, we will not be responsible for any delay cause due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, custom clearance, peak period during holiday seasons or any other reason. Do assure that we will try our very best to assist on the delivery of the parcel if such scenario happen.
A deposit is require for all pre-order item which is not refundable in the event if you wish to cancel or any other reasons. It is also not transferable to other item after deposit have been paid for pre-order. Once your pre-order item arrive, we will contact you for balance payment. If we did not hear from you after 14 days, we reserve the rights to relist the car or sell to other buyers and your deposit will be forfeited.
All items in our website are priced in US Dollars. Mode of payment during checkout are by Paypal. We also accept payment by international bank transfer but do inform us in advance if you wish to opt by this method.
We do meet up with many buyers from all over the world when they travel to Singapore for work or holiday, please provide information on arrival date, staying location in 20 days advance so that we can plan our schedule to arrange for a meet up.
Return & Exchange
In order to be eligible for refund or exchange, insurance must be purchase at additional cost. We will not be held responsible for any damages caused by external forces or incorrect handling by postage company. We have 99% of track record in which most all our items arrive safely to our clients but accident do happen. If in the event the item arrive damage, you must inform us within 3 days with clear photos showing the condition of the outer box and damages on the item so that we claim from insurance. Any claim after 3 days upon receipt of item will not be entertain.
Return shipping fee for exchange will be at buyer expense, item can be arrange to be ship directly to manufacturer for repair and shipping fee have to be bear by buyer.
We have to declare actual amount you purchased on custom invoices and ship them all together, you would probably have to pay import tax. We will not be responsible for import tax and we cannot advise on the rate as different countries have different tax policy.
We can declare low in value as request by our clients and you may be able to avoid import tax. However, if we declare low value on custom invoice, please be advised that insurance will only cover the amount that is declared on custom invoice. In the event the package get lost or damaged during shipment, claim amount will be based on declare value.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are the buyer's responsibility. It is prohibited to declare the amount of item lower than the actual amount but we will agree to your request if you need to have low declare value.
All information that you provide us with will be deemed personal and will be kept confidential.
